Murder suspect Ryan Tanner's preliminary resumed on December 14, continued on December 15, December 16 and has still not concluded.
Tomorrow will be four days and that is just this week. The cross examination is never ending. I could take a lunch break, cover another preliminary hearing and come back and feel like I never left.
Deputy District Attorneys Whitney Timm and Jessica Acosta as well as Mr. Russ Clanton Tanner's attorney, are still questioning witnesses.
12/17: Still not done.
12//18: On December 18 court ended early. The preliminary hearing will continue next week.
12/23: Retired Judge John Feeney held Tanner to answer after the preliminary hearing. Arraignment on information is scheduled for January 6.
