Supreme Court declines to take up challenge regarding bathroom policy for transgender students


The Supreme Court has declined to take up a challenge by Oregon parents regarding public school policies allowing transgender students to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity.

By declining to hear the case, the justices preserved the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision and that affirms the original District Court ruling.
