San Diego Superior Court Judge Joel R. Wohlfeil granted a preliminary injunction on Wednesday that allowed two San Diego strip clubs to continue operating and all San Diego County businesses with restaurant service to resume on site dining with safety protocols and exempt from enforcement of California’s regional COVID-19 stay-at-home order.
On Thursday, the state and San Diego County asked for an emergency hearing to get clarification. In the meantime, the county suspended enforcement against restaurants and live entertainment establishments. The state is appealing the ruling so now restaurant owners are uncertain whether they should buy food and schedule workers.
I'm currently a camp host in the biggest state park in the country , Anza Borrego Desert State Park. . The park has 605m,miles of roads. You can disperse camp throughout the park. For some reason I have to tell campers who are hundreds of feet from other campers (in the camp grounds) or miles from other campers they are not allowed to camp. Think about this, the part is close to the size of the six rivers forests. What safer place than camping in the desert miles from others!
