DOJ files brief telling Gohmert Pence is the wrong defendant

First Vice President Mike Pence told GOP Rep Louis Gohmert et al he did not want to sign on Gohmert and the other GOP plaintiffs effort to overturn the election results. They filed a lawsuit against him. 

Now, the DOJ filed a brief on behalf of Pence telling Gohmert et al they are suing the wrong defendant
