Yesterday, the NAACP amended their lawsuit filed against the Trump campaign and added the Republican National Committee as a defendant.
The lawsuit alleges that the Trump campaign and the RNC violated the Ku Klux Klan Act with their efforts to overturn election results in key battleground states by disenfranchising thousands of voters and targeting cities with large Black populations.
The NAACP filed the lawsuit last month against the Trump campaign on behalf of the Michigan Welfare Rights Organization and a group of Black Michigan voters.
