FBI Special Agent Doug Korneski said they could not confirm information reported by CBS News or about any person of interest. FBI received over 500 tips and they are working and following up on the leads. 250 field agents are working this investigation.
Investigators hope to finish processing the outer perimeter of the crime scene and hopefully turn over the area to the City of Nashville tomorrow so that the city can start inspections. FBI said they are mindful of the businesses impacted.
CBS News reported that according to a law enforcement source, at least one person of interest has been identified in connection to the Christmas morning explosion in Nashville. That person is connected to the recreational vehicle.
CBS News reported the person of interest is 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner, a Nashville area resident.
Shell casings were found at the scene. There was video of the RV. Through Google Maps, investigators found a photo and address of the person of interest.
That location has a similar looking camper in the yard. Google Maps says the picture was taken in May 2019.
