Questioning of individual jurors has been going on since yesterday in the Brandon Watson jury trial. Interviews that would contain confidential or sensitive information are not broadcast. Hardship, clarification about what information a potential juror may have read in the media, bias are the types of areas being covered.
A potential juror who works for the Public Health Department and is in charge of executing COVID 19 immunizations was excused after attorneys stipulated for public health and safety reasons.
Judge Lawrence Killoran is presiding over the trial. Wednesday and Thursday are dark days. Jury selection will resume this Friday.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Watson's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor.
Watson is facing murder and assault charges. Like most inmates, Watson looks different than his booking photo, mostly because of a haircut.
