She sued the City of Eureka in 2012. There is existing litigation with 50 Does on the agenda for the December 15, 2020 meeting. Her name pops up on the online court calendar. During normal times, the e court system would be accessible to the public with records and information taking a few minutes. These days, it is a lot of effort and time to follow up on one court case due to lack of access created by the COVID 19 restrictions and closures.
