No resolution in murder suspect Maxx Robison 's case, he has been in custody for 1,349 days




Murder suspect Maxx Robison jury trial was supposed to start yesterday . Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees and Mr. Russ Clanton met with Judge Christopher Wilson to discuss possible resolutions. No resolution yesterday so case will proceed to trial. The People withdrew their offers yesterday.



Motions in limine scheduled for today. Starting late morning , individual jurors are being questioned. More motions in limine scheduled for tomorrow.

Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna McKenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.

As of today, Robison has been in custody for 1,349 days. This does not include any 4019 credits he may receive. Robison has in custody since he was arrested in 2016.

There is a "gag order" preventing attorneys from discussing the case.
