Albert Durant Kress Sr. was arrested by Eureka Police Department in March for the murder of Raymond Prudhomme.
Today, On January 6, there was a pre trial hearing; another pre trial hearing hearing was scheduled for today and defense requested a third pre trial hearing on March 24.
"I keep setting unproductive dates," said Judge Wilson. Public Defender Marek Reavis is Kress' attorney.
Trial confirmation is on April 27 and jury trial has been rescheduled to May 11.
