Humboldt Bay Provisions, located at 205 G street in Eureka has a new owner; Sebastian Elrite.
Elrite who owns Aqua-Rodeo Farms and Humboldt Bay Oysters has managed and operated the oyster bar inside Humboldt Bay Provisions since the business began in 2013.
“I am thrilled to have ownership of a direct outlet from my farm to your
fork” said Elrite.
Elrite took over the business officially from the previous owners January 1st but went public with the news today as they were working on the transitioning the business efficiently.
“Amy and I wish Sebastian all the best and we will continue to work closely with him. Our other business, Humboldt Bay Social Club, will continue to function as Humboldt Bay Provisions’ sister location and
sell Aqua-Rodeo farms fresh oysters daily,” said Jon O’Connor, the former co-owner of Humboldt Bay Provisions.
