Since his arrest, I have been regularly been reporting and providing updates on child pornography suspect Alias Hensel.
Previously, I reported that on 3/26/26, setting of preliminary hearing/change of plea was continued by the Humboldt County DA to 4/17/26. After Hensel is arraigned on the federal indictment; the Humboldt case will be dismissed. On 4/17/26, due to power outage, the hearing was continued to 5/1.
Today, Hensel 2025 case was dismissed by the Humboldt DA.
