Eureka Police Chief Brian Stephens sent me a response this morning to my very detailed post yesterday about DUI suspect and former EPD Officer James Whitchurch.
"John, James Whitchurch is not employed by the City of Eureka."
An arrest, charges and follow up only I have reported on for months. Whitchurch had four minors in the car.

If it was not for CHP, certain people would not get arrested in Humboldt. If it was not for me, certain arrests and news would never be published.
