After several continuances including sentencing continued from yesterday, convicted felon and sex offender Sergio Frias was finally sentenced on four cases today by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Steven Steward.
Two years probation. Court minutes included for all four cases. Most of my readers can figure out after reading them, the sentence imposed, execution of sentence suspended and application of custody credits if Frias faced consequences.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for all cases. Gregory Kreis is Frias' attorney.
