Cal Poly Humboldt protestor Richard Toledo is here dressed in a black suit with supporters carrying "Free Ricky, drop the charges" cardboard signs. Let's see how that works with Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Joyce Hinrichs. 

I was going to add an update to the previous post since I already reported on charges but decided to do a new post based on the theatrics on the second floor. 

Trial confirmation on 7/8; jury trial on 7/13.
