Why was this 2023 arrest of Holland Elbik ignored by the Eureka Police Department and the Humboldt District Attorney's Office?

 

A reader sent me an email last night which I appreciate. First for the tip and for providing the evidence which was easily accessible. That shows respect for my work. The tip was about Holland Elbik, Destinee Rhamy's roomate.

Attached is the Humboldt County Correctional Facility booking sheet for June 14, 2023, documenting the arrest of Holland Elbik by Arcata Police (Booking #2300002936). Charges included:

• PC 243(b) – battery on a peace officer

• PC 602(m) – trespassing

• PC 69 – resisting an executive officer (felony)

Charges were never filed for this arrest. Holland Elbik had one 2022 traffic case for expired registration which was dismissed after proof of correction.

Why was this 2023 arrest of Holland Elbik ignored by the Eureka Police Department and the Humboldt District Attorney's Office?  

No one else reported on this case regularly. No one else reported on Eureka Police Department Brian Stephen's complaint. No one reported on Kay Elbik.

Most people follow my coverage daily and are familiar with the Destinee Rhamy case which resulted in a hung jury and mistrial.

Those interested in the truth and independent journalism and all facts appreciate and support my work. 

The only people who have a problem with my coverage are from Humboldt and those who are exposed or have something to hide and do not want to held accountable. 

The sham that is "legacy and mainstream media" and what they do not report and ignore has been exposed nationally. I have exposed the same in Humboldt despite the constant efforts to silence me and the dirty anonymous stleath tactics and lies online and behind my back like cowards. Those who fund and own other sloppy, local "reporting" don't want me around and it is obvious by this post and all my reporting why. Those lawyers, law enforcement in charge or elected officials who have an issue with me; again it is obvious why. Even with all the help most of the other local "media" gets from law enforcement, PIOS and others; it is a joke what they try and pass as content and what they ignore. Changing the status quo requires one to be independent.
