Criminal proceedings suspended in 20 year old's attempted murder case; alleged victim is his uncle

 

20 year Felix Arbaugh is charged with the attempted murder of his uncle. On 3/18/26, instead of being arraigned on information, criminal proceedings were suspended. Defense declared doubt. Humboldt Superior Court Judge Steven Steward  noted that he also saw Arbaugh "making nonsensical statements" and certain body movements. Dr. Brunetto's reports are due 4/17/26.
