Elena Flows Beteta worked at the French Laundry as a worked as a dishwasher from 2022-2025. Beteta s suing French Laundry Corporation, French Laundry Partners, LP and KRM, Inc. which does business as the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group over alleged pay and break violations of the California labor code.
The lawsuit was filed on March 19, 2026 in Napa Superior Court by LA's Koul Law Firm.
Beteta is suing on behalf of her and “over fifty current and former aggrieved employees."
