Lost Coast Pest Control loses Mother Bernard lawsuit, wins against Redwood Cabins but that judgement maybe temporary

On March 21, I did a post on a lawsuit filed by Lost Coast Pest Control against Mother Bernard House. LCPC lost that small claims case.

Lost Coast Pest Control has filed another small claims hearing against Redwood Cabins and RV resort. On 2/26/26, there was a small claims hearing and judgement was entered in favor of Lost Coast Pest Control. 

Whether LCPC's win is permanent is yet to be determined.

Redwood Cabins filed a motion to set aside that judgement but there was no proof of service because they did not know the other party had to be notified. You don't even have to be a lawyer to know that basic concept; just have common sense. The 3/25/26 hearing on the motion to vacate was continued to 4/24/26.
