I appreciate the tips on Tyler Colegrove but I do not print information I cannot verify, also 530 North State Now is reporting that Lincoln and Warren have yet to be located

There is a lot of misinformation out there in the Hoopa murder case. 

530 North State Now is reporting that Lincoln and Warren have yet to be located. This is the Facebook posted which is a day old. A site that regurgitates information and cannot be accurate. Also if you report on crime, you should know why booking photos are not available due to the Ninth Circuit ruling.

Another piece of misinformation online is how Lincoln and Warren are in court. I saw them twice in court. They sat quietly. They allowed their attorneys to address the court. Their families have been respectful. In a small community and case like this, parties know each other. I have had to delete some hateful, unverified comments  by obvious biased parties. People commenting online should be aware that law enforcement and the DA do monitor social media.

I appreciate all the tips on Tyler Colegrove but I have to be able to verify information and I have explained why that is not possible with juvenile cases a few times recently. I am going to wait until the DA reviews the arrest and see what is in the complaint.

I don't print hearsay. I like to report from verified sources. 

I know there is a lot of interest in the Hoopa and Tyler Colegrove cases but all cases I cover are of interest to someone and impact lives.
