William RandolphBilly Warren was arrested by HCSO on a Ramey warrant yesterday for PC 664/187 (a) attempted murder, PC 182 (a) (1) criminal conspiracy and PC 12022(c)(1) armed with a firearm during the commission of a felony.
This is the second Hoopa suspect booked into custody from the March 10 investigation.
