Our local law enforcement & HCSO work hard to fix issues not created by them. Vinelink is constantly down for agencies in CA. If you are going to make money; provide a service that isn't constantly offline
I asked this question because I am tired of bothering HCCF admin to fix an ongoing issue.
Appriss Insights, an @Equifax company operates @Vinelink, a notification system to notify custody status changes. I don't know about other states but it is constantly offline for LE agencies in CA. Do they provide the same shitty service to retailers & others who use them?
