Both cases are on tomorrow for pre trial and confirmation of counsel. Preliminary examination is on 4/28.

Both are charged with 6 felonies and special allegations for each count which include attempted murder and one of the special allegations in Count 5 confirms what I was told about street gang activity. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for the case.
