Two arrested by HCSO for criminal threats; one is a repeat offender who I reported on in 2018 and has prior convictions

 


HCSO arrested two people for PC 422 (a) criminal threats.

Thomas Earl Shriver was arrested at 8 p.m. on a Ramey warrant. When I reported on Shriver in 2018, he already had two prior convictions.

Lawrence Bradley Rhodes today at 12:45 a.m.
