Since their arrest in 2023, I have been the only regularly reporting on Sunshine Massage pimping and pandering suspects and Xiao Wang's cases.
There has been talk of resolution and yet the plea deal never happens. Today, since this morning, I saw both of them waiting on the second floor of the courthouse. Their attorney, Kevin Cole in discussions with Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris.

This was only the second case of interest today scheduled in front of Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel this afternoon. I left the courtroom to update you live on the Durand and Willis case. The rest of the 15 plus cases today got continued, rescheduled. Did it resolve? Did it get continued? You are going to have to wait until tomorrow to find out. I checked on several court minutes; the Rhamy jury trial some including this case were not up as of 4 p.m. and have been at the Courthouse most of the day. Some cases of interest from today have been continued to tomorrow. I will update all as time allows.
