Instead of a preliminary hearing in her stalking and drug case on 1/30/26, Carla Pirovano entered a conditional plea for probation and no additional jail time.
Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum took her guilty plea for additional counts 4 and 5. Counts 1, 2 and 3 were dismissed. Court minutes have more details. Sentencing is on 2/20.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Nims is Pirovano's attorney.
