Humboldt Bay Fire responds to several such calls a day; this just happened to be at the jail

 

Saw Humboldt Bay Fire by the jail, as I was walking up, I saw Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal. I asked him training ? He said it was a medical call at the jail.HBF does several a day. At 12:22 HBF is leaving. No one was transported out of the jail and no ambulance.
