Convicted molestor Jonathan Marcks should have never been given a plea and sentenced to probation for domestic violence; he was arrested yesterday for probation violation

 

Convicted molestor should never have been sentenced to probation by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum when he entered a plea last year to domestic violence.

Yesterday, Humboldt County Probation arrested and booked Marcks into jail for PC 1203.2(a)(1) for probation violation.

This is Humboldt County and there are zero consequences for probation violation and repeat offenders.
