There was a resentencing hearing scheduled in two of convicted murderer Ryan Tanner's cases this morning. There is also a defense motion to dismiss enhancements.
It is a special set before Humboldt Presiding Judge Kelly Neel. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm appeared on the case for the People.
His current attorney is Gregory Kreis.
