Max Trenton Aylward was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 314 (1) indecent exposure, PC 148(a)(1) resisting arrest and PC 647 (f) drunk in public.
These are all misdemeanors. Unless this happened near a school or there is any other reason, this is just one of hundreds of cases that will go nowhere. Based on 12 years of covering Humboldt courts, there are going to be no consequences. I may check if I have time.
