Nicole Marie Bartlett was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for two counts of PC 273 (a) (a) willful child endangerment and two counts of PC 273 (d) (a) wilfull physical child abuse resulting in an injury.
The Facebook profile photo, as in many cases does not resemble the booking photo.
2/5/26: DA filed a complaint today charging Bartlett with one count of PC 273 (d) (a). Alleged victim is John Doe. Bartlett was arraigned today. Bail is $50,000. Conflict Counsel's office was appointed by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran. OR bail hearing is on 2/9; preliminary hearing on 2/19.
2/9/26: Supervised release granted by Humboldt Superior Court Judge April Van Dyke. Since Conflict Counsel's office is representing Bartlett, judicial disclosure by Judge Van Dyke on the record. Preliminary hearing rescheduled for 3/26/26.
