Department of Homeland Security, those of us who live in CA see this insanity practiced everyday with no consequences for criminals or a slap on the wrist thanks to CA Dems soft on crime enabling policies. Illegal  or legal; a convicted criminal is a danger to the public. This is not a defense of Gavin Newsom. Just facts that CA needs tough law and order legislation.
