California for Equal Rights Foundation, Rchard Greenberg and Arthur Ritchie are suing California Human Rights Commission and the City and County of San Francisco

California for Equal Rights Foundation, Rchard Greenberg and Arthur Ritchie are suing California Human Rights Commission and the City and County of San Francisco.

On page 1, the lawsuit alleges "San Francisco is engaged in a sordid and unconstitutional enterprise—it is administering funding and wielding public authority to distribute government benefits explicitly based on race and ancestry."

Starting on page 1 and continuing on page 2, the plaintiffs state, "Through its Reparations Plan, San Francisco has abandoned the principle of individual equality in favor of collective racial entitlement and disadvantage. Though presented as a response to slavery, San Franciso’s plan will impose sweeping racial classifications on present-day residents who neither endured enslavement nor inflicted it. "

California for Equal Rights Foundation has headquarters in San Diego.  Greenberg and Ritchie are San Francisco residents.
