Adan Amado Luna arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department on a Ramey warrant and booked for PC 211 robbery, PC 368 (b) (1) elder abuse, PC 459/461 (a), PC 422 criminal threats and PC 594 (b) (2) (a) vandalism.
The criminal threats and vandalism are from a previous 2026 case filed 1/13/26 for criminal threats and vandalism. He was granted supervised release on 1/16/26 by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran. Pre trial in that case on 2/18; preliminary hearing on 3/11.
