Why is Gregory Kreis' fiancee Tanya Ellis, who still works in self help at Humboldt Superior Court serving papers in his divorce case? In a previous post, I have documents filed by Kreis in which he listed Ellis as his fiancee. He misspelled the word in the filing. How do we know this was not done while she is supposed to be working?
According to California Code Section 1008 - Service; Proof of Service (a) Proof of Service of papers shall be a Declaration stating the title of the paper Served or filed, the name and address of the person making the Service, and that he or she is over the age of 18 years and not a party to the matter.
Technically, Ellis can claim she is a non party. If you follow this blog regularly; even if you just followed coverage on Kreis prior to him being kicked to the curb by the voters and if you have read the notice of formal proceedings the Commission on Judicial Performance filed against Kreis; no explaination is necessary.
