Seng Yang lost his appeal. Yang's sentence was 161 years to life. 

This is a case that only I covered from start to finish, every hearing. This, to date, has been the most difficult sexual molestation case I have reported on and the trauma is still there. The victim was Yang's own daughter. He filmed his molestation of her to sell it as pornography.
