Change of plea was scheduled for Darin Goodale this morning. There is only one count in this case, VC2800.2 (a), reckless evading. The plea deal did not go through. For now, trial confirmation is scheduled for July 23 and jury trial for July 30.

Goodale will plead guilty to Count 1. This is a deferred entry of judgement. He has to obey all laws for 18 months and write a letter of apology to the Fortuna Police Department.
