Trial confirmation was scheduled for June 13 for local jeweler Darin Goodale. It was continued at the request of the District Attorney's office to June 14. Jury trial is scheduled for June 25 was vacated.
Change of plea scheduled for July 9. There is only one count in this case, VC2800.2 (a)
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case. Mr. David Celli is representing Goodale.
