The defendant is former Humboldt Deputy DA Victoria Reierstad who now works at Humboldt County Counsel handling juvenile cases.
A request to dismiss with prejudice was requested by Alyssa Wilson on 5/11 and granted on 5/13/26.
On Friday, due to tech issues with Humboldt Superior Court public computers, the increasing demand with people using the computers on an extremely busy day, I was able to check and get a copy of the dismissal and saw the small claims hearing for May 29 was vacated. E court did not list the case was settled so when I have time, I will check the case again.
