28 year old Gregory David Moon arrested yesterday by Blue Lake Tribal Police Department for PC 245(a)(4) assault likely to produce great bodily injury, PC 422(a) criminal threats and PC 273.5(a) domestic violence.
I have contacted Blue Lake Tribal Police Chief Kevin Miller to see if he can release any information about this arrest.
There are 8 search results in Humboldt Superior Court with a 2024 criminal case dismissed after successful completion of diversion, one 2021 traffic case dismissed after proof of correction and a conviction in a 2020 traffic case. I am not going through the civil and family law cases.
The jail log listed Blue Lake Tribal Police as the arresting agency; however HCSO issued a press release at 10:09 a.m.
