Alleged molestor Trinidad Gomez has more problems than just his current criminal case. Gomez is in custody and cannot post bail.
A 2026 breach of contract lawsuit for money owed on a credit card was filed against him and Does 1 to 5 by Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC on 3/20/26. Ms. Kristina Barker represents Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC.
There is no court date scheduled yet.
