20 year old Felix Arbaugh held to answer on all charges including attempted murder of his uncle

 

I added arraignment and OR bail hearing updates to my February 17 post about 20 year old attempted murder suspect Felix Arbaugh's case.

His preliminary hearing started on 3/3/26 and concluded on 3/4/26. 

Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum held Arbaugh to answer to all charges including attempted murder of his uncle. Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is Arbaugh's attorney.

Arraignment on information is on 3/17/26.

3/17/26: Arbaugh was scheduled to be arraigned on information today. He refused to come to court and the hearing was continued to tomorrow. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees appeared on the case for the People. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is Arbaugh's attorney.
