Sean Michael Allman was arrested by Fortuna Police Department on two DUI charges,VC23152(a) and VC 23152 (f) as well as one charge of BP4060, possession of medication without a prescription. All three charges are misdemeanors and he was released on O.R.
The arresting agency and date of birth match the Sean Michael Allman arrested previously for threatening members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California and I confirmed with the jail that it is the same person.
There were conditions for his release from custody so whether that will be addressed at trial setting for his current case, arraignment for new case or on another date remains to be seen.
