Preliminary hearing was held on March 2 for convicted felon Robert Cullen. Two law enforcement witnesses and one County employee testified for the People.
Cullen was held to answer on most of the charges. Arraignment on information is on March 16.
Cullen's attorney is Mr. Michael Acosta. Deputy District Attorney Jane Mackie was in court for the People.
