Intervention was scheduled for murder suspect Daniella Moore on March 12. Today, Moore entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
The preliminary hearing scheduled for March 19 was vacated. A special set is scheduled on April 8 for setting of preliminary hearing and appointment of doctors is scheduled before Judge Kaleb Cockrum.
Attorneys need to provide Judge Cockrum with information on doctors they want appointed.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for this case.

You are the only one I've noticed giving any attention to this case. I cant believe there hasnt been more coverage or information put out because of the severity of it. My God it makes me cringe. Thanks for covering it John
