Sean Allman arraignment on information was continued to March 4. Trial confirmation is on July 8; jury trial on July 20.
Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy DA Shelly Small was in court for the People. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
Charges are the same ones he was held to answer after his preliminary hearing.
