Status of time waiver was scheduled yesterday for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez. It was continued to this morning. Deputy Public Defender stated that Rodriguez did not want to waive time. Both, Mr. McLaughlin and the People cited discovery issues. Setting of jury trial is scheduled for April 18.
At the last hearing, Rodriguez's jury trial was continued over Rodriguez's objection.
