The Public Defender filed a motion for a new trial in the Jon Goldberg case on June 1.
The defense motion alleges jury misconduct and prosecutorial misconduct.
That motion will be heard of June 19 when sentencing is scheduled at 8:30. Right now, it is scheduled in Courtroom Five. That could change closer to the date.
