Jury trial for Sohum upskirting suspect David Nunez was vacated at trial assignment last Friday. A disposition and reset hearing is scheduled on June 27.
Change of plea is forthcoming.
As indicated at the last hearing, Nunez's attorney, Mr. Neal did file a motion to continue on June 5.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes.
