After making the headlines in 2015, the lawsuit Leo Sears filed against Greg Dale Humboldt Bay Harbor District and Commissioners just fizzled away.
This is the last post I did but kept checking on the case.

After Leo Sears passed away, no action was taken for a while. I heard a new plaintiff, Thomas Swain was taking over the case.
Today, the case is on for dismissal. I have contacted Mr. Bill Bertain for comment.
